Kyra Duncan | Owner
Our owner and founder has been part of the amazing and ever changing wedding industry in Charleston since 2015. She started her career as a Bridal Consultant, then as Charleston changed and weddings became more structured she evolved to being a planner in 2019. After 5 wonderful years working for and alongside other brilliant planners in Charleston it was time to branch off on her own. This is where the idea for EverMoore came to fruition. Her heart is to provide clients with a highly personalized and stress-free day. From the day that clients book with EverMoore they will have a loving, respectful, and highly-detail oriented experience.
When not immersed in the details and logistics of building client’s dreamy events, you can find our owner enjoying a myriad of activities. Together with her right-hand-man and each of their tiny minions you can find Kyra on one adventure or another. Whether hiking to a new place on the bucket list, in the kitchen concocting scrumptious things with the kids, or curled up with a coffee and a good book each now is a moment to cherish forever!

Jared Douthit | Logistics Associate
What started as an altruistic venture became the support system for the foundation of EverMoore. When Kyra had back surgery in early 2024 and needed assistance with the heavy lifting that often comes with executing events, Jared jumped into the world of weddings with quick and calm efficiency. On event days you can find him helping set floorplans, assisting with logistics, running to grab coffee and snacks for clients, and everything in between. His presence is a true and irreplaceable asset to the EverMoore team!
Outside of the event world Jared loves sharing his world his kids. You can find him playing endless board games, patiently helping them learn to skateboard, and dreaming up mini-adventures for them. He is an avid hiker and has challenged our Owner to brave the elements. He is a skilled carpenter by trade and patiently manages all of the crazy projects our owner (or her vendor friends) come up with! He is never far from a good coffee, will try any food and only laughs nervously when adventures include extreme heights.
